The groundbreaking ceremony of the Hunan Naon Energy Sodium Ion Battery and System Project was held
On the morning of September 27th, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Hunan Naon Energy Sodium Ion Battery and System Project was held. The project is planned to have a total investment of 11 billion yuan and a land area of 504.7 mu. After reaching full production, it will form a production scale of 20GWh sodium ion battery cells and modules and 1.5GWh lithium ion battery modules. The project is located at the southwest of the intersection of Qixian Road and Zhuangbo Road in Nanhu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. It will be implemented in two phases. The first phase covers an area of about 154.7 mu, with a total investment of about 2 billion yuan. After reaching full production, it will form a production scale of 4GWh sodium ion battery cells and modules and 1.5GWh lithium ion battery modules, with an annual output value of about 3.1 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue of about 180 million yuan.
